4.9 AUTO

About Me
My name is Niecey, a black female automotive technician, who graduated not only once but twice from NTI, with specific manufacture training in both Nissan & MOPAR. I decided to take this next step due to facing a lot of diversity issues in this industry, due to it being such a male dominate field. I got my first experience doing simple maintenance on cars working at AVIS and then I eventually moved to a dealership, but it was always so hard to be able to get them to allow me to do more work, my goal was to be a better technician. I realized and concluded that I no longer had the care or want to work for people, or for another manager to tell me that I will never get anywhere, so I decided to step out on my own.
My goals for 4.9 Auto are to be
-
DIFFERENT, by that I mean to only recommend services that are NEEDED, to explain how NOT keeping up with your maintenance will cause problems later
-
Affordable while NOT loosing the value of the service
-
Dependable, Reliable & Customer Friendly
-
Above all FAIR and UN-BIASED
